Well, today, reality struck me as I saw the layers of fats forming at my tummy.. Really shocking..
I realised that ever since I went into Pes E, all I have been doing is eat, sleep.. Not much exercise at all! That is all going to change! Be it leg sprained or not..
1. I'm not gonna eat snacks!
2. I'm gonna sleep latest 2230hrs.
3. I'm gonna run everyday
4. By end of the year, I wanna weigh 70kg!
One of the reason for choir is to have visual impact.. I may dress well but without the build, I still don't look good.. All for His glory! I will shine!
